Out of an abundance of caution, we will be canceling yoga classes through the month of April. 

We are working to get some classes in an online format for families to practice at home.

Through story, developmental movement and yoga, this class builds skills in the areas of:
Early Literacy | Learning Readiness | Executive Function
In this interactive class, grown-ups are required to release their inner child as we ignite our imagination becoming cats, cows, dogs, frogs and lions all in one class!  This active class helps develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination. A great opportunity for adult and child to come together in a fun and healthy way!

School-age Yoga | series & drop-in

Students ages 6-12
Five 45-minute classes $60
*NEW* Drop-in Sessions $15 per class
Drop in registration requested by 6pm the Friday before class.
In these fun and active classes students will explore traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation through literature, music, creative art and more! We will build strength, self-awareness, balance and concentration through movement. Students will take the shape of plants and animals and ignite their imaginations as we explore such topics as compassion, empathy, inner strength, and peace.

Family Yoga & Mindfulness | 6-week series


Students in grades K-5 and adult.
Six 60-minute classes, child and adult $195
                                             *additional child $75
Join us for a mindfulness class created just for children and their adult.  This 6-week course will be filled with activities that strengthen awareness and attention, and build resilience to stress.  We will move, play and have fun all while learning lifelong skills.  In addition, we will investigate our brains and notice how certain situations turn on our inner alarm system and how we can calm ourselves with mindfulness tools.
